Fans might have to do a double take when they see, what appears to be the Precision Turbo & Engine Pro Mod, on the street. A street legal replica of the 2014 Chevrolet Camaro driven by Don Walsh Jr. was recently unveiled at SEMA Show in Las Vegas.
The team at Precision Turbo & Engine worked with Hellion Power Systems to create the 2014 Camaro SS, which features twin Precision Turbo 6266 ball bearing turbochargers featuring CEA technology. From idea to finished product, the project took just six weeks to complete.
Precision Turbo & Engine President and Car Owner Harry Hruska, was very happy with how the Camaro turned out. “It’s really exciting to see a mirror image of the Pro Mod that you can drive everywhere. It was great to work with Hellion Power Systems on this and we get to show it off at SEMA.”
Hellion sells engineered precision-fit kits, with no cutting, relocating or fabricating needed. Their products are designed to be used by daily drivers and racers.

The Precision Engine & Turbo Pro Mod debuted in Indy and in only four races, the car has qualified in the #1 position twice and this past weekend at the NHRA Nationals in Las Vegas, Don Walsh Jr. took the car all the way to the final round.
