Helpful Contingency News
With the season fast approaching, I felt it would be best to help keep teams notified of contingency sponsor updates and individual requirements. You can follow the link to the NHRA Racer Page and see the growing list of Pro Mod contingency sponsors. Next to the name of each sponsor is a contact for that company. By simply following the requirements of each contingency sponsor you can add a big chunk of change to your pocket after you put the Wally on the shelf!
At this link you can also find each sponsor’s specific requirements which will enable you to collect your sponsor bonuses.

Lastly, many contingency sponsors are requiring a proof of purchase for the contingency item so; please keep track of all of your purchases. Maybe have a photocopy of each receipt in a folder in your trailer in case a question arises at the track.
The Aeromotive company is a strong supporter of NHRA Pro Modified Racing and offers contingency sponsorship for it’s line of fuel pumps. To be eligible for the contingency bonus from Aeromotive you must register your product with Aeromotive, not modify, cut or stack Aeromotive decals, sign a standard advertising release allowing the use of your name and or likeness of you or your car for the purpose of advertising Aeromotive products, and you must have a W9 form on file. It’s that simple now don’t leave that extra cash unclaimed!
